Williamsburg County deputies investigate deathKINGSTREE, S.C. (AP) — Williamsburg County sheriff's deputies and the State Law Enforcement Division are investigating a death. Officials say the man's body was found in Kingstree around 9 a.m. Sunday. Coroner Harrison McKnight said he would probably rule the death as a homicide once an autopsy is completed at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. McKnight would not release the victim's name while relatives are notified. He said the man died Saturday night or early Sunday. There have been no arrests. |
