Judge: Not enough evidence for SC murder chargeROCK HILL, S.C. (AP) — A judge says there isn't enough evidence to charge a woman with murder in the stabbing death of a Rock Hill man. The Herald of Rock Hill reports (http://bit.ly/Se4les) that a magistrate said Tuesday there was probable cause to charge 40-year-old Alicia Johnson with voluntary manslaughter instead. Johnson was arrested in September in the death of 54-year-old Anthony Davis. Authorities said she killed Davis with a pair of scissors, then left his nude, bloodied body in the breezeway of an apartment. Johnson's attorney says she acted in self-defense. Police and prosecutors have said Davis demanded sexual favors in return for drugs, then attacked Johnson when she stalled.
