Fla. man shot to death while hunting in SC

NINETY SIX, S.C. (AP) — Authorities say a Florida man has died after he was shot by a fellow hunter in Greenwood County.

Investigators told The Index-Journal of Greenwood (http://bit.ly/Y3VxJa ) that 51-year-old Robert Iselin Jr. was shot once in the chest around 9 a.m. Saturday.

Authorities say Iselin was with a group of hunters that separated after going into the woods near Ninety Six.

Department of Natural Resources spokesman Capt. Robert McCullough says 25-year-old Lucus Brickweg of Satellite Beach, Fla., said he heard something from his tree stand and fired.

McCullough says he got down 10 minutes later and realized he had shot Iselin.

Brickweg is charged with criminal use of a firearm and no hunting license. It wasn't clear if he had a lawyer.
