Baby Dies After Grandfather Rolls Over Her While SleepingROCK HILL, S.C.--Police say they investigating the death of a 2-month-old infant after cops say the child's grandfather rolled over her while they were sleeping. Jaylin Chavis was found unconscious early Monday morning after her grandparents realized she was not breathing. Jaylin was pronounced dead at Piedmont Medical Center. The coroner said there were no obvious signs of trauma. Police say they are treating the infant's death as an accident. No charges have been filed at this time. |
