Baxter Business Is Booming
FORT MILL, SC-Residents who live at one of the largest mixed use developments in the area say they live in a bubble! Baxter Village in Fort Mill has just about everything you could want or need and developers say the residential and commercial sides are both booming! This year, 11 new tenants have joined Baxter Village and there are more than 1200 families who live in the neighborhood. New Baxter business owner Heather McDonnell says "Everybody comes together they want to see Baxter succeed, the residents want to see the businesses do well." Home prices seem to be bucking the local trend. We're told they're keeping their values despite struggles in other communities. |
