The 33-year-old woman told police she began hearing noises coming from the attic above her shower last month. Soon after, according to a police report, she found a small hole in the ceiling above her shower. After checking the attic above her apartment, she noticed the chicken-wire divider between her apartment and her neighbor's had been broken through.
So, the lady set up a video camera to see if anyone was watching. Officers tell us the woman captured three tapes of footage of a man watching her and her children shower in their Estes Court apartment.
Christenbury is being held at the Rock Hill jail.
