Arrest Made In Chesterfield Courthouse ShootingCHESTERFIELD ,SC--Police say Curtis Gorny was charged with attempted murder after he was accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend outside a local courthouse. Gorny is accused of ambushing Olivia Weaver and her stepfather Wednesday morning outside the Chesterfield County courthouse. Weaver had been in court over a paternity test where the judge had ordered Gorny to start paying child support. Gorny fled the scene after the incident and deputies say they caught up with the suspect 12 miles away in Pageland after his truck went into a ditch. Radio traffic between the officers caught the frantic moments after the shooting.
