Junk Man Has Another DayCLOVER, S.C.-- The Clover "Junk Man" has to wait until Friday to find out if he'll go back to jail. 79 year old John Ramsey has cleaned up a bunch of stuff. Clover Code Enforcement said Thursday that he also needs to get rid of construction material. A judge sentenced Ramsey to 30 days in jail last week, to be served on weekends until the junk is gone.
