COLUMBIA, S.C.--South Carolina's Revenue Director is out of a job.  Jim Etter is a casualty of the state's cyber-hacking scandal.

A report shows South Carolina's tax collection agency could have done more to protect people's personal information.

A malicious email sent to revenue employees allowed an international hacker to crack state computers.

Nearly four million individual tax returns and 7,000 business returns were accessed.
