Neighborhood Websites

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Big brother may be watching you, but now you can actively track what big brother is or is not doing.

Some new local web sites are hoping to do just that, cut through the red tape.

A neighborhood activist put together several websites for each area in Charlotte-Mecklenburg. You go to the sites, find your street, click on it and report a problem.

Then, you can see how many others have reported it as well and check on whether the problem is fixed.

East, West, North, and South Charlotte sites are up.
