MADD Offers Virgin Drinks
CHARLOTTE, NC - Mothers Against Drunk Driving is teaming up with Hill Street Marketing to offer a new line of alcohol-free drinks. That includes virgin Margaritas, Mojitos, and Pina Coladas, as well as a virgin Lager & Lime, virgin Red and White Wine, and a virgin Sparkling White Wine, according to a press release.
Hill Street is in discussions with retailers and the line is expected to arrive in a store near you this fall – just in time for the holiday season and holiday parties. “We know many people want an alternative for their guests to help encourage safe, sober and savvy driving, as well as the great taste needed to make guests feel like they are part of the party – but without the alcohol,” said Laura Dean-Mooney, MADD national president. Hill Street says a significant portion of sales will go to MADD to support their efforts. |
