1 Dead, 1 Injured in Industrial Accident in Southwest CharlotteCHARLOTTE, NC -- A large cabinet crushed a worker to death in southwest Charlotte. It happened on Tuesday around 4:30 p.m. at a facility on Forsyth Park Drive near Westinghouse Boulevard. Medic says the victim was pronounced deceased on the scene. Investigators are looking into the cause of accident. We are told one other person was transported to Carolinas Medical Center in Pineville. He is expected to be okay. |
