Edge on Demand: Should the Super Bowl Always Be on Sunday?

It's the "what if" the NFL has never needed to address: what if it snows during the Super Bowl?  Up until now, it's always been at a covered stadium, or someplace that wouldn't get snow.  But this year, it's at MetLife Stadium.  In New Jersey.  In winter.  So the plan is that they might play the game any day from Friday through Monday.  So if the forecast doesn't clear up, does that mean the Super Bowl should clear out?  Or should it always be played on Sunday, come what may?
