7 Hurt in South Charlotte WreckCHARLOTTE, N.C.-- Emergency crews spent the morning treating seven people in a wreck on Woodlawn Road near the intersection of Park Road, which trapped one person. According to the Charlotte Fire Department, the wreck occurred just after 7 a.m. Tuesday. It took 18 firefighters about 15 minutes to rescue the trapped individual. MEDIC transported all 7 victims to Carolinas Medical Center Main. Three have life-threatening injuries and four have injuries described as potentially life-threatening. This incident is still being investigated. |
