79-Year-Old 'Granny' Drug Dealer ArrestedBUCKHEAD, G.A.--Police say they arrested a 79-year-old drug dealer in Atlanta. Investigators were tipped off about the granny drug dealer after one of her clients ratted her out. Police set up surveillance and arrested Norma Cheren during an alleged drug deal outside the Cheesecake Factory. They found nine pounds of marijuana and $130,000 in cash during their search. Cheren was scheduled to have hip surgery this week but she may have to cancel the procedure if she can not come up with the money to cover her $25,000 bond. |
