GOLD HILL,NC--A Gold Hill home is at the center of a suspected animal hoarding case for the second time in a decade.
Roman County Animal Control rescued 32 dogs, one cat and one parrot from a house on U.S. highway 52.
Reports say when officials arrived the animals where sick and starving.
Troy Autry fessed up to the allegations.
Deputies say ten years ago a woman who still lives at the home was convicted of animal cruelty related to hoarding.
