CHARLOTTE, N.C.--Four men involved in the Cherryville corruption investigation signed guilty pleas in federal court Thursday.

Reserve officer Frankie Dillenger, patrol officers David Mauney and Casey Crawford and civilian John Hendricks pled guilty to conspiracy and trafficking stolen goods.  Mauney also pled guilty to money laundering.

Federal investigators say the men misused their official positions to provide protection for the transportation of stolen goods.

Each defendant faces up to 20 years in prison and $250,000 fine.  Two other men are also facing charges in reference to this case.
