CHARLOTTE, N.C.--FOX News Rising anchors Derek James and Christine Noël went head to head in a dress to win contest Tuesday morning. 

Christine won bragging rights as the "fastest dresser" on FOX News Rising. 

Five lucky contestants that picked Christine as the winner will receive FOX swag bags.
