NEW HAVEN, C.T.--The northeast blizzard is making life tough for a lot of people.  It could take up to 10 days alone to clear snow-covered streets in Connecticut.

The National Guard is helping stranded drivers and relief workers get to some snowed in communities.

In New Haven, more than three feet of snow fell.  People who had to get out in it got creative.

The city's snow plows are working around the clock.  All 15 got stuck Saturday trying to clear massive snow banks.
