Dick Clark Dies at 82

LOS ANGELES, C.A.--"American Bandstand" host Dick Clark died Wednesday morning.

Clark's rep says the TV icon suffered a massive heart attack following an outpatient procedure at St. John's hospital, according to TMZ.

Clark was 82-years-old.
