Edge on Demand: Charlotte Hornets in 2013?

A little more 2013 speculation... could this be the year the "Hornets" name comes back to Charlotte?  The Bobcats just don't have a lot of love right now, even though they are on an upswing: beating the Bulls last night to break their 12-thousand game losing streak.  So what would it take to bring the Hornets back to Charlotte next year, and--more importantly--would it matter?
