It's official: the U.S. Postal Service is giving up on weekend deliveries, for the most part.  Regular mail is out, but packages will still be delivered.  Actually, the move should save about $2 million a year!  Which sounds great, until you realize USPS lost about $16 billion last year.  So what else should they do to cut costs?
