Facebook Rape ArrestCHERRYVILLE, N.C.-- Detectives charged 19 year old Robert Weaver Tuesday with a felony count of statutory rape. They say he met a 13 year old girl on Facebook sometime between August and September. Police say he picked her up from her Lincoln County home and brought her to his house. Detectives say Weaver has 1,200 facebook friends, many of which are girls. We checked Tuesday night and Weaver's page has been removed. Police do want to talk to any other possible victims.
