Illegal Immigrant Kills Toddler And Adult During Hit And RunCHARLOTTE,NC--Authorities say the hit and run driver who killed two people including a toddler is in the country illegally. Oscar Garcia Fuentes is in jail and being held by Immigration and Customs Enforcement after slamming into a car early Saturday morning then driving off. The wreck took the life of Tony Gabriel and a toddler who was in the vehicle. The passenger Brittany Massey suffered non life threatening injuries from the incident.
