MATTHEWS, N.C. -  It was a big day for the employees at the newly re-modeled Krispy Kreme on Independce Blvd in Matthews.  It was their grand re-opening and Wilson was there to help...or rather to get in the way.   His good buddy Sir Purr even stopped by to cause more chaos.

After eating as many doughnuts as he could possibly get down, he met two great ladies at the store.  Janie stopped in to pick up hot doughnuts to take back to the girls and stopped to talk with Wilson about how much enjoys watching Rising.  Beth has been working with Krispy Kreme about 20 with different locations in the area.  Beth told Wilson about the art of boxing up doughnuts...a stick or a glove.

When you stop by the newly re-modeled Krispy Kreme and pick up your hot doughnuts, you can also help out Victory Junction.  Donate a dollar, buy a tee shirt and get a shout out while helping out children who have chronic medical issues.
