Joe Biden Discusses Gun Safety in VirginiaRICHMOND,VA--Vice President Joe Biden had a round table discussion with gun safety experts from the 2007 Virginia Tech shootings, to push tougher gun laws. Friday, the senate unveiled a beefed up weapons ban proposal that could outlaw the manufacture and sale of 157 types of semi-automatic weapons and magazines with more than ten rounds. The National rifle Association responded, saying lawmakers should focus on putting criminals in jail and fixing a broken mental health system.
