VATICAN CITY, ROME--Cardinals have selected a new Pope in Vatican City.  Jorge Mario Bergoglio has been named the new Pope. 

He is 76-years-old and from Buenos Aires, Argentina.  He studied at Theological Faculty of San Miguel.  He was ordained for the Jesults on December 13, 1969.
