Kenan Gay Found Not Guilty Of Second Degree Murder

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Jurors have found Kenan Gay not guilty of second degree murder and involuntary manslaughter.  The verdict was decided after three days of deliberations.

Gay is accused of pushing Robert Kingston into traffic outside Ed's Tavern on Park Road in 2012.  Reports claim Kingston tried to kiss Gay's girlfriend.

Gay's attorney says his client let go of Kingston way before the road and Kingston drunkenly stumbled into the path of the vehicle.
