Kidnapped Boy Spends Sixth Night In Bunker

MIDLAND CITY. AL-- A little boy in Alabama spent his sixth night held hostage in an underground bunker.

Hundreds of people attended a funeral yesterday for the 66-year-old school bus driver who died trying to protect the boy and other kids on his bus.

Investigators say Jimmy Dykes shot and killed Charles Poland Jr. on Tuesday, then snatched the 5-year-old.

Dykes has continued to ask for food and toys for the child. Police say that is a good sign.
