Lancaster Authorities Looking for Clues in 'Suspicious' FiresLANCASTER, SC -- Lancaster County Sheriff Deputies, are investigating two suspicious fires after a mobile home and vehicle were set on fire early Friday morning. Major Matt Shaw said it happened just after 5 a.m. at 1733 Old Hillside Drive. The initial call for service was in regards to a truck that was on fire. After that fire was extinguished, firefighters received a separate call about two hours later at the same address about a mobile home fire. Shaw said the homeowner was not home at the time and no injuries were reported. The house was completely destroyed. Authorities are still investigating.
