Local Animal Rescue Service Offers Reward For Stolen BirdsPINEVILLE, N.C.--A reward is up for grabs for anyone who returns two stolen Cockatoos in Pineville. A man and woman were caught on surveillance video taking the birds from Parrot University on South Polk Street. There is not only a cash reward for both birds, but the owner promises not to ask any questions if they are returned. Cops are looking at postings for birds for sale on the Internet in an effort to find the Cockatoos. Parrot University is a rescue service for exotic birds. |
