CINCINNATI, OHIO--Police say they have arrested a man for having sex with a teddy bear for the fourth time. 

Investigators say Charles Marshall was arrested last week after several people noticed he was masturbating with a teddy bear. 

Marshall was cited for disorderly conduct.
