Man Accused of Indecent Liberties with Teen

LINCOLNTON, N.C.-- A Lincoln County man turned himself into the Sheriff's Office Tuesday after an investigation.

Peter Edmayrd Jay III, 22, was charged with one felony count of taking indecent liberties with a child.

According to a release, Jay touched a 14 year old girl at his home sometime this summer.

He was released on a $10,000 unsecured bond.
