Man Arrested For NC Music Factory ShootingCHARLOTTE,NC--The suspected gunman involved in the NC Music Factory shooting was arrested Tuesday. Police say they arrested Harold Porter, 32, in south Charlotte after officers surrounded a home on Bon Rea drive Tuesday morning, neighbors said at one point the SWAT team was even called out. Detectives say Porter shot a man in the stomach during an argument outside Club Label around 2am Monday.
