Man Who Forgot Where He Parked His Car Finds It 2 Years LaterBERLIN, GERMANY-- Two years after a man forgot where he parked his car, the car was found. The owner spent a night drinking in December 2010 and went back the next day to get the car, but the car was not there. The owner searched the area where he thought he left it, but ended the search by reporting the car stolen to police. Two years later police noticed the parked car had expired inspection stickers and discovered the car had been reported stolen. The car was about 2.5 miles from where the owner thought he had parked it. The owner was a craftsman and had over $51,000 worth of tools in the trunk of the car. |
