Motorcycle Accident on North Tryon Leaves One DeadCHARLOTTE, NC -- UPDATE: The deceased victim has been identified as Alton Troglin Jr. According to police, Troglin was traveling north on N. Tryon Street when his motorcycle struck Quincy Youmans's Ford which was turning left from N. Tryon Street onto Arrowhead Drive. Troglin, was pronounced deceased at the scene. Alcohol does not appear to be a contributing factor. Police say speed and weather may have been contributing factors to the crash. No charges have been filed at this time. The crash remains under investigation. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Police are investigating the scene of a fatal accident in north Charlotte. There is no word yet on the cause of the accident or the victim's identity. The accident happened at the 6200 block of North Tryon. That road is currently closed.
