NFL Players Turning in Guns After Kansas City Murder-SuicideKANSAS CITY, M.O.--A murder-suicide involving Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher has other NFL players taking action. At least seven players from around the league have reportedly turned in guns they had at home. One said he just didn't trust himself. Belcher shot his 22-year-old girlfriend, Kasandra Perkins on December 1st then killed himself in front of his coach and general manager. Belcher was apparently upset Perkins stayed out late the night before. Friends say the couple had been having problems. |
