Officials Investigating South Charlotte Apartment Fire

CHARLOTTE, NC -- There is no word yet as to what caused an apartment fire in south Charlotte. According to fire officials, it broke out just before 6 p.m. at the Providence Square Apartments. Upon arrival, one apartment unit was engulfed in flames. Fire investigators say they believe the fire originated in the kitchen. As details become available, we will have more on FOX News @ Ten.
