Police Find Suspicious Concrete Cylinders on Bridge OverpassCHARLOTTE, NC -- Police say two concrete cylinders were found on a bridge overpass on S. Tryon Street early Sunday. Detectives currently are investigating the cylinders and the contents but will not say what the results of their findings are. The particular overpass covers Interstate 277. Anyone with information with regard to these cylinders is asked to call Crime Stoppers or 911 if they see or hear anything suspicious.
