Police Make Arrest In Northeast Charlotte Double Homicide

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--Police say they arrested a man accused of shooting four people, killing two of them, in northeast Charlotte. 

Levi Johnson Jr. was arrested by SWAT team members early Friday morning.  He is accused of shooting into a vehicle on Reagan Drive on July 11th. 

Inna Gonzalez and Davion Funderburk were both killed.  Two other people were also shot. 

Johnson has been charged with two counts of first degree murder, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill and four counts of shooting into an occupied vehicle.
