Police: Man Arrested For Giving WedgiesBRADENTON, F.L.--Police say they arrested a man for giving wedgies to people outside a movie theater in Florida. Charles Ross has been charged with battery after police say he grabbed the pants of several moviegoers then pulled them up, giving the victims wedgies. The entire prank was recorded for Ross' YouTube channel. Ross was released from jail after posting a $750 bond. He is due in court on February 14th. |
