Police: Man Left Child At Liquor Store So He Could Visit Strip ClubDAYTONA BEACH, FLORIDA--Police say they arrested a man after he left is 11-month-old child inside a liquor store so he could hang out at a gentleman's club. Investigators say 26-year-old Kenneth Rowe asked a clerk at the liquor store to watch his baby while he went into the strip club which was located inside the same building. At some point, the clerk called the police and said the baby was hungry and had a rash on his face. Rowe is facing child neglect charges. |
