Police: Woman Tells Daughter To Pepper Spray Employees
UPPER DARBY, P.A.-- A woman banned from a Family Dollar Store reportedly told her 7-year-old daughter to pepper spray employees. Delaina Garling, 27, was banned from a Family Dollar Store for alleged theft. Employees attempted to escort her out when she returned with her daughter on Monday- that's when she hit them with the pepper spray. Police say after they tackled Garling, she gave her daughter the can and told her to spray them. Her daughter never used the spray. Garling has been charged with simple assault and other counts |
