CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The kids that are members of the Providence High School Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training  Corps were getting ready for a big competition when Wilson stopped by to find out more about the team. Wilson talked with instructors for the teams as well as students who participate in the NJROTC.

Wilson showed us a picture of himself dressed in his military school uniform when he talked with Grant, one of the newest members of the NJROTC.  A little scarey for Grant.

The drill team performed a segment from their routine.  The teams perform without any verbal commands with rifles that weigh 9.5 pounds. In May the nationally ranked NJROTC Drill Teams will travel to Daytona to compete for a national championship.
