S.C. Cafeteria Worker Accused Of Sexually Assaulting 13-Year-Old

COLUMBIA, S.C.--Police say they arrested a cafeteria worker for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old at her home.

Lawanda Cummings has been charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor. 

She worked at Dutch Fork Middle School but has been put on paid administrative leave. 

A school spokesperson said Cummings and the student did not meet at the school.
