S.C. Dad Arrested For Tattooing 'Daddy's Girl' on Underage Daughter

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C.--Police say they arrested a man for tattooing 'Daddy's Girl' on his 14-year-old daughter's wrist. 

Victor Scroggins has been charged with tattooing a minor, child neglect and not having the required certificate for tattooing.  Officials are investigating to see if he tattooed other minors. 

Cops say he also tattooed a logo for the arms company Browning on his daughter.
