Some Dishwashers are Catching on FireCHARLOTTE, N.C.-- Forget the heated dry cycle, some dishwashers may offer a fire cycle. GE is recalling more than a million dishwashers because an electrical problem in the heating element can cause a fire. It's happened at least 15 times. Three of the fires caused extensive damage.
