Stolen Purse Leads To Fight Outside Rock Hill Waffle HouseROCK HILL, S.C.--Two people were arrested after a fight broke out over a stolen purse and engagement ring outside a Rock Hill Waffle House. Police say a woman's purse was taken from the Palmetto Sports Bar on Porter Road. Jonathan Neely accused Fudge and her boyfriend of taking the purse and an engagement ring that was in the purse outside a Waffle House on Anderson Road. Detectives say Neely punched Fudge's friend before officers arrived on the scene. Once police showed up, they found the stolen purse inside the bathroom and located several of the stolen items in Fudge's pocket. She has been charged with receiving stolen goods. Neely was charged with assault.
