Store Owner Killed During RobberySALISBURY, N.C.-- Investigators believe a robbery attempt is what lead to the death of a convenience store owner in Rowan County. Emergency crews arrived at the Z & H Mart off Mooresville Road just before 10 p.m. The owner of the store, Hecham Abualeinan, 59, was found deceased from a gunshot wound to the head. The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office is offering a reward of $2500 to anyone providing information that leads to an arrest and/or conviction.
