Cops say DUI suspect Barnard Colt crashed his car but fled the scene because he had to go to the bathroom. Police tracked him down a short time later at a Walmart. Cato refused to take a breathalyzer test. He has been charged with driving under the influence, hit and run and leaving the scene of an accident. |
